1. Licensed Nail Technician (Specializing in Russian Manicure)
Location: El Paso, TX
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Responsibilities:
• Perform Russian manicure with acrylic and hard gel
• Provide custom nail designs, shaping, and extensions
• Maintain high sanitation standards for tools and workstations
• Educate clients on nail health and aftercare
• Upsell services and retail products
Requirements:
• Must have a valid Texas Nail Technician License
• Experience with Russian manicure, e-file cuticle work, and nail sculpting
• Strong customer service skills
• Passion for learning and improving techniques
2. Head Spa Specialist
Location: El Paso, TX
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Responsibilities:
• Perform luxury head spa treatments, including deep scalp cleansing, massages, and steaming
• Recommend scalp treatments based on client needs
• Ensure a relaxing and therapeutic experience for clients
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Requirements:
• Experience in scalp care, massage techniques, or similar wellness treatments
• Background in cosmetology, esthetics, or spa services preferred
• Ability to create a high-end spa experience for clients
• Willingness to learn and apply advanced scalp therapy techniques
3. Beauty Educator / Private Class Instructor
Location: El Paso, TX & Online
Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time
Responsibilities:
• Teach Russian manicure (acrylic & hard gel) and Head Spa techniques
• Provide hands-on training and private classes to students
• Create engaging lesson plans and demonstrations
• Guide students on business strategies for success in the beauty industry
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in nail artistry (Russian manicure) and/or head spa services
• Strong teaching and communication skills
• Ability to mentor and inspire students
• Comfortable with in-person and online training sessions
